Show Notes

Bayern Munich returned from a brief winter break in just about the same form with which they entered into it. After going down two goals to Mainz 05 in the first half of Sunday's game, the Bavarians managed to pull off a 5-2 win in large part to an inspired performance from Joshua Kimmich. The 25-year-old, who just returned from injury, spent the first half playing in his preferred midfield position. However, it wasn't until Hansi Flick moved him to right-back in the second half that Kimmich began to shine. With this, and the woeful displays from Benjamin Pavard and Bouna Sarr this season, in mind, the question must be asked: should Hansi Flick continue to play Kimmich at right-back? Ben, Garett, Tim, and Sebastian discuss this big question and much more on the 91st episode of the Super Bayern Podcast! If you're interested, join our podcast's Bundesliga fantasy league.
